Smoky Hollow Farm (not a spelling mistake) is a real place which is
situated south of Mindemoya, Manitoulin Island, Ontario, between
Tehkumah and Providence Bay. I once lived in Mindemoya and this old
barn has been one of my favourites since. You can see a lot of history
in the architecture of the add-ons in this barn. It is one of the largest
barns I remember seeing on the island. The 1935 panel truck , I
imported, visually, from one of my many trips to North Dakota.
